Terms of Service

By accessing or using SunoBoard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including music producers, content creators, game developers, automation builders, and any other individuals using the platform for personal or professional purposes.

SunoBoard is a third-party dashboard and management tool that connects to the sunoapi.org API to facilitate AI music generation. It is built and operated by YellowKode Academy (Kelvin Biffi) in partnership with Wunka Tech.

SunoBoard allows you to:

• Generate AI music using your own Suno API key via sunoapi.org.
• Organize, listen to, and manage your generated music library.
• Group generations into projects for content, games, podcasts, or any creative use.
• Access your music history and share or download generated tracks.

You agree to use SunoBoard only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.
• Use automated scripts to abuse the API beyond normal usage patterns.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and how you use it. SunoBoard does not review or moderate generated music.

You may connect your own Suno API key to SunoBoard. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your key has been compromised, revoke it immediately from sunoapi.org and update it in SunoBoard Settings.

SunoBoard stores your API key encrypted using AES-256. We do not use your API key for any purpose other than executing requests on your behalf.

SunoBoard Pro is a paid subscription processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing at the price shown at checkout (monthly or yearly). You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits, which reset at the start of each month. Each music request uses a set number of credits depending on the model (for example, one Suno request uses 1 credit and returns two songs); the cost is shown before you generate. Sound effects have their own monthly allowance and do not use credits, unless stated otherwise for a specific model.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack and referral bonus credits do not expire, are used only after your plan's monthly credits, are not transferable and have no cash value. Bonus credits used on a generation that fails are returned to your balance.

Refunds are issued at our discretion. If you experience a billing issue, contact us at ola@sunoboard.com.

You retain full ownership of the music you generate using your API key through SunoBoard. SunoBoard does not claim any rights over your generated content.

The SunoBoard platform itself (including its interface, code, and branding) is the property of YellowKode Academy and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Tracks are private by default. When you choose to make a track public, it appears in the SunoBoard Discover library with its title, style tags and prompt, credited to your first name. By sharing it, you grant other SunoBoard users a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to stream, download and use that track — including as the starting point for their own generations. You can make a track private again at any time; copies already downloaded are not affected.

Only share tracks you have the right to share and that do not contain personal data or the names of real people without consent. Tracks are AI-generated; use of the underlying model output is also subject to the terms of the music model provider. Some Discover tracks are produced and curated by the SunoBoard team and are credited as such.

SunoBoard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated music will meet your expectations.

Since SunoBoard depends on sunoapi.org and Suno AI infrastructure, we are not liable for outages, API changes, or content restrictions imposed by those services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YellowKode Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SunoBoard.

SunoBoard integrates with sunoapi.org, Google OAuth, and Stripe. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. SunoBoard is not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of these third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting ola@sunoboard.com.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of SunoBoard after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
